Hitch Hiker races...hmmm. I thought that is illegal, is this some sort of contest (ehem... race?) for charity? or something...do tell. what is this about girl?
I want to hear more about that too. Sounds like something my son would have done when he was a little younger.
Me too Lezlee....You've gone & got me all curious....!!Do tell :o) !Cheers,Tamarah :o)
Looks like a lot of great adventure!
lookss like fun to me!
We're just going to have to stop him from doing that anymore. Do you see that person in the back, Lezlee, going headfirst into the water? No no no -- let's get him home and make him stay there. Perhaps if we all join together somehow --- just tell me what we need to do, girl!
NO! slap him!!
Howdy Neighbor! I live in Rusk! LOLMy youngest son is a self-proclaimed 21st century Bohemian gypsy! He travels across the country . . . now in Oregon for a while. Glad to meet you. . . . I'm signing on as one of your followers!
Oh to be young again and not be consumed by the paranoia that hits so hard in middle age. I was so adventurous when I was younger and now worry everytime my son leaves the house.
All you need to do to stop him from doing this is joining him!! LOL - Yeah I saw that person falling!
Well, I have no idea what the "hitch hiker" part is all about but, these are some fun photos! And they look like they are having blast!
I hear what you are (aren't) saying. If I can remember back far enough (way, way, back) from his perspective it looks like a blast.
LOLOLOLI'm laughing - and curious - but still laughing... brave man he is... I want to go play in the water!!! Now... you HAVE to say more - curious minds want to know!!!:-D robelyn
To Shannon, who said she should slap him. It just might work. I'm Prior's daughter and when I suggested I take a semester of college I got a little slap, went and registered the next day!
Jodi, don't be tellin' off on me, lol, and I think You meant off, not of, hopefully,I wouldn't give you a little slap for taking some college, and you failed to mention it was your Sr. year!
Brings back high school memories. Oh...and just a few years ago we were in Cook Islands (Raratonga) for one day...no car. Got my husband (over 60 years old) out there with his thumb out...hitching a ride to the golf course! Ha!Hopefully your son will be wise and stay safe. Prayers with him!
Oh my goodness... that's crazy!! :) I have never hear of anything like that!
Wow - very interesting :) Great photos!
Just love ya Lezlee! I admire his adventurous nature...embracing life and all! I am soooo glad MY son has not thought of this though...LOLThe pictures are wonderful and I'm all for the slapping if it will help...LOL! Someone needs to check on that silly one diving in the background!
That silly one diving in the background is currently exploring Viet Cong caves in Vietnam. The hitchhiking race was his idea
