Phone Call

Come join! We are partying until the end of the month!

Hitch Hiker, middle child, called awhile ago...

He is starting a new job, tomorrow. That is always good news...jobs.

He will be Colin Hanks stand~in, through  November, for "The Good Guys" project filmed in the Dallas area.

Hmmm... I go Google for more info.  He is Tom Hank's son and after seeing his picture I recognize him from some stuff. He is about 6 foot 1.  HH, middle child, is about 6 foot 3.

    Lezlee, what an enjoyable article. You've got quite an entertainer there -- what a joy.

    He reminds me a little of a "kid" I use to work with. Joe was about 22 years old and wanted to be an actor. He moved to Hollywood on his own. Found an apartment and got jobs mowing lawns for stars. The T-shirt he wore said "ACTOR" in big bold letters on the back.

    Joe has been in several sitcoms -- remember "Zena - the Warrior Princess"? Before Joe left he took his box of business cards and wrote a little saying on the back of each one. He said he wanted me to have those because someday they would make me a very wealthy person.

    Joe, if you're out there, I'm still waiting!!!

    I think your son needs to write me out some business cards. I think he's gonna make it!

    That is great! And funny! I saw the notice go out for their stand-ins. They put out the ones for the ladies yesterday, but, alas, I don't match either of them.

    That show is absolutely hysterical. I hope he has a fabulous time.

    I'm laughing so hard.... but I am SOOOOOOOO excited for him!!! How much FUN will that all be!!! I'm going to have to sit still long enough to watch TV!

    WOW!! I am impressed with HH!! What an experience he will have!
    Jared, Bill and I spent about 2 weeks as extras in a Julia Roberts movie...great pay!! So if HH makes it, he can quit that night job! Lezlee you have such great kids!!!

    ....hahahahaha....Lezlee you're so FUNNEE....I'm surprised with film technology these days they just don't CGI the standin's scenes....LUCKY for your son though they haven't gotten around to this.... :o) !!

    How fun for middle HH.He's darling, better looking than Colin.Maybe they will just keep HH.It's always who you know if your parents were actors it always seems the children are to follow even if they can't really act.Not saying Colin can't just have seen others.~Enjoy Kim
